03Age & Eligibility

FA99 strictly enforces age restrictions. The following conditions must be met to use this platform:

• If FA99 determines that a member is underage, the account will be immediately closed and any deposited funds will not be refunded.

09Account Suspension & Closure

FA99 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
• Court orders or legal obligations.
